This unique home features domotics, it overlooks the village and sea and 10 people can comfortably sleep in it.This property has 1 salt, 12.5 x 3.5 m pool with a depth ranging from 0.70m to 1.85m. In the swimming pool surroundings there is 1 shower, 1 mobile barbecue, to cook your best dishes while enjoying the outdoor company, and 8 loungers to relax and get away from the hustle of daily routine. As a whole, this magnificent home has 1 40m2 paved area and a 90m2 lawn one. The 72m2porch of the property is great as it extends along the entire facade of the ground floor, is located in front of the pool, and has direct access to the main hall, the separate dining room, the kitchen and the master bedroom. This porch is divided into 3 different areas, 1 where you can enjoy snacks and has comfortable furniture, 1 where you can enjoy lunch and dinner with your family and a 3rd one where you can sit “al fresco”. At the same time, it has 2 terraces, a 15m2 one, which is located on the first floor and can be accessed through 2 of the bedrooms, and a 50m2 other which is situated at the top the building and from which you can enjoy the sea and village views.The interiors of the villa are as spectacular as the exteriors. Upon entering the property, to your right, you will find the stairs that take you to the 1st F and basement. Right across the front door, there is the main living area which has huge windows through which you can enjoy the views of the garden and the swimming pool. In this room you can relax watching satellite television (you can only enjoy satellite TV in the main living-room), a DVD movie or through a good read. To the left, there is the independent and furnished living room, which also offers views of the exterior and is the ideal place to share lunch or dinner with friends and family. On the left, you will find the superb cuisine with television of the property. It also offers direct access to the porch and it has everything you need to cook up a feast, including both gas and electric stoves. The laundry area is independent and it features 1 washing machine, 1 dryer and 1 ironing board. If you go upstairs to the 1st F you will see that there is a fantastic and very complete library, where you can read any of the books available to you. This property has a total of 5 bedrooms, 1 of them on the basement with 1 double bed, 1 on the ground floor with 1 double bed and the other 3 on the 1st F, 2 of them with 1 double bed and 1 with 2 single beds. All rooms have closets except the one on the ground floor, which offers a very complete walk-in closet. You have access to a total of 6 bathrooms, 2 of them are on the basement (1 with shower and bathtub, and the other with shower) 2 on the ground floor (1 in suite with shower and bathtub, and 1 with shower) and the last 2 on the 1st F, both in suite and with 1 shower. This property offers exceptional facilities as it has under floor heating, central heating, air conditioning ducts throughout the house except on the basement, and it has 2 cribs for the youngest children of the house, in case they are needed. At the same time, on the basement you have access to a small gym, a play room with foosball. In the outside area of the basement there is 1 basketball hoop, and a great Ping-Pong table for you to enjoy outdoor activities with your family and friends.This fantastic villa is located 50 meters from the rocky coastal area of Son Veri from where you can appreciate the fantastic views over the bay of Palma. This area offers a lot of peace and tranquility. If you prefer a fine white sand virgin beach, about 40km away there is the beach of Es Trenc; the trip is worth it. If you just want the bustle of a tourist area, just over 3 km away you will be in s'Arenal. There you can enjoy all kinds of entertainment both during the day and at night because it has plenty of bars, restaurants, live music and clubs. If you enjoy water sports, there you will have access to activities such as windsurfing, kite surfing or jet skis, among others. At the same time, this property is located less than 20km from the city of Palma, where you have all kinds of stores for shopping, restaurants and cultural visits. One of the most recommended visits is the one to the Cathedral of Palma and the old town. The cathedral is impressive and is the only one within Gothic style which is located on the seafront, and it is also the one that has the largest rosette within the same style.Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. Droit de rétractation

Conformément aux dispositions du Code de la consommation, le vacancier ne dispose pas de droit de rétractation sur son contrat de location saisonnière conclu à distance. Il peut cependant bénéficier des conditions d’annulation fixées par le propriétaire.

La relation contractuelle entre le propriétaire et le vacancier est régie par les articles 1100 et suivants du Code civil régissant le droit des obligations et la responsabilité civile.

Conditions d'annulation spéciales Covid-19

Pour toute annulation jusqu'à 24h avant votre arrivée, ce propriétaire s'engage à vous rembourser intégralement en cas de mise en place par l'Etat de dispositions réglementaires liées à la crise sanitaire du Covid-19 vous empêchant de vous rendre sur votre lieu de vacances (confinement, restriction ou interdiction de déplacement, etc.) ou empêchant le propriétaire de mettre à votre disposition sa location (arrêtés préfectoraux interdisant la location saisonnière, conditions sanitaires, mise en isolement du bien et/ou du propriétaire, etc.)

En dehors de ces motifs d'empêchement, le remboursement intégral ne s'applique pas. Nous vous invitons par ailleurs à vérifier qu'une clause relative à ce motif d'annulation soit mentionnée dans votre contrat de location.
