Spring, summer, and fall, the large terrace is a oasis of peace and quiet overlooking the classic Paris rooftops. In the distance, the Eiffel Tower; sparkling in the evening hours at regular intervals.The flat (50m2) is decorated in a classy, non-ostentatious way so that you feel at home the moment you enter the apartment.The terrace (17m2) is large and well decorated with room to sit and enjoy your coffee and croissants or an "apero" with drinks as the sun sets on romantic Paris.The separate, modern kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need for dinner at home or brunch on the terrace.Unlike many apartments in Paris, this apartment is equipped with air-conditioning; a welcome amenity for those rare hot summer days in the City of Light.There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. Your English speaking driver will wait for your party outside the Customs doors/at the end of the relevant train platform, bearing a sign with your name. After he collects you, he will then call us upon your departure from the airport/train station so that your greeter can meet you at the apartment. A greeter will meet you, introduce you to the apartment, collect any final payment (if necessary), answer any questions, and give you the keys. A/C: This apartment has central air conditioning.
